Adopt-A-Highway Project

The Olentangy Rotary Club has partnered with ODOT for at least the last six years, where we agree to clean a two-mile stretch of road at least twice per year.  We pick up litter along Powell Road (State Route 750) from the intersection of Sawmill Parkway to the intersection of Riverside Drive (State Route 257).  The road has been recently re-routed going around the south end of the Columbus Zoo.  We divide the road up into four sections and it usually takes about an hour to do the cleanup.  Thanks to the Rotarians that volunteer for this service project.
