Dear Gentlemen,

This is to tell you how grateful we are for your kind contribution towards the support of educational activities in Gymnázium Metodova. It has been a great pleasure for us to accept the gift which could be purchased due to the funds granted to our school by Olentangy Rotary Club and Rotary Club Bratislava. The donation of three multimedial computer systems Pentium IV was formally given to Gymnázium Metodova by the Rotary Club Bratislava representatives Mr. Oskar Markovic, D.Sc. and Milan Karvaš, M.Sc., Assoc. Prof., PhD on 17 December 2003.

We greatly appreciate the interest you take in the extension of modern information technologies at Gymnázium Metodova. This is to assure you we really do try hard to motivate and encourage the students so that they could make full use of their potential and creativity. Thus your support has really been an effective assistance in this endeavour of ours.

Gymnázium Metodova has been cooperating with Rotary Club Bratislava for many years and we have already been a host school for a large number of exchange students. They have opened to us completely new horizons, enabled our students to get to know new cultures and managed to promote open - mindedness and understanding among young people. The Gymnázium Metodova students, who have experienced part of their High School study overseas as Rotary Club Bratislava exchange students, have become successful ambassadors of their home country alike.

We dare say that both Rotary Club and us share a common purpose: to provide the young people with the sense of being part of a learning community and give them a chance to get involved not only in a variety of projects, but in any further activities that are yet to come as a challenge for them. And this is to tell you that we are pleased and honoured by your financial assistance aimed at the extension of modern information technologies in our school. On behalf of Gymnázium Metodova students we do express our gratitude in appreciation of your contribution.
