"Heart of Gold" Charity Dance and Raffle

The Olentangy Rotary Club preparing to hold their 7^th annual “Heart of Gold” Auto Raffle and Valentines Day Dinner / Dance.  The club has raised over $100,000 with this fundraiser over the last six years.  In addition to raising money for various charities, the Semi Formal Gala has become the social event of the year with a live band and prize give a ways all night.

This years event will be held on Friday, February 15th, 2008 at the Bridgewater Banquet & Conference Center located at 10561 Sawmill Parkway, Powell, OH 43065. Doors will open at 6:00 PM and seating is limited to 450 guests. The cost of tickets this year will be $120 per couple. No more than 750 tickets will be sold.

Last years Grand Prize raffle winners were young newlyweds, Ryan and Adrienne Kimerick of New Albany, and they chose the $20,000 cash prize in lieu of the 2007 Mustang GT.  The other Grand Prize Winners were Greg and Martha Miller of Powell who won a 3 night stay in a luxury cabin in the Smoky Mountains and Phil Packard won a Blue Jacket Suite Package.

The Olentangy Rotary is a service club that supports local charities and organizations.
